It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

The proprietor, Dylan Elgood, was very knowledgeable, advised on the latest Fire Regulations for the first floor windows and was not phased by our old non-standard size Crittall windows. The price was fair and compared well against the larger companies. Dylan personally carried out, or supervised all the work, in both a cheerful and professional manner, to schedule, and with an excellent finish throughout. We highly recommend PVC Design Solutions Ltd and would definitely use them again ourselves.

Ross did an excellent job on ripping out our very outdated bathroom and installing a new shower, basin and toilet. Everything was done professionally and he cleans up better than any person who has ever done work for us! Even when he experienced supply chain issues beyond his control he thought outside of the box and managed to get all the materials and everything sorted. Cannot recommend highly enough and already planning our next job.

wonderful locksmith, very knowledgeable. If you are worried about the lack of reviews, do have a listen to what he has to say first then make a decision based on that. It was what lead us to being happy to hire Tim. He did exactly what he was hired to do and gave advice on other areas of house maintenance. Oliver visited me to talk about the design I wanted for the new wall. He got an idea of how I would like it and was very helpful with any questions during his visit. The team of Leon, Lee and Will were very good. Leon made sure that everyone knew what was agreed. Do the job they made sure I was happy with the work. They were all very easy to get on with and worked well as a team. They left the site nice and tidy at the end. I'm very happy with the work. Definitely 5 stars. Cheers guys Kevin
