We specialise in sub-contracting to letting agents, carrying out general repairs to tenanted and vacant properties. Whether you require an urgent repair or have planned building works, OWL Property Maintenance and Solutions will provide you with a personalized service. Work will be carried out on time, to the agreed budget with all works carried out by qualified, skilled tradesmen who take pride in their work. Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Ace Roofing. My job turned out to be more complicated than first thought but they were supportive throughout, found the best deal for me with scaffolding. They have done a really good job, left it all cleaned up and tidy too.
