Responded to the request very quickly and came and quoted the next day. Price was reasonable and he was able to start very soon after. Materials were paid for upfront which we were a little bit worried about at first but materials and team turned up at agreed time. Another payment was made halfway through and on completion as agreed. Darren completely transformed our run down mud bath garden into a lovely clean family garden that we all absolutely love. You can see why Smith & Son get a good rating. You get a friendly builder that does a good job. We employed him to fit a steel beam and a door lintel.
