We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

Unfortunately the weather interfered BUT Karl re-arranged for a couple of days later. I have 5 years in painting and decorating at 20 years old ( I have been painting since I was 15) and passed my level 2 with distinctions across the board. I came 2nd in a country wide painting competition of a total of 32 different people. I can Wallpaper, paint interior walls and ceilings and all woodwork. I always make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with my work and that I am clean and tidy. I am now working as a full time plumbing and heating engineer to further my skills in the trade so i am now taking on plumbing jobs for myself.
