Did the job quickly, and well, and much cheaper than other offers. Every step of the way they were clear about costs, and provided reassurances that I'd know in advance and with an option to back out if the job turned out to be more complex and/or expensive (it didn't). Kevin messaged on 11 Aug saying he'd order radiator parts and asked us to update our review as he was blocked from Rated. We did. He later criticised us, saying he'd been on holiday. We reminded him he never showed up as agreed. No apology, no update, and still no fix. We've had enough of the excuses and silence—now hiring a professional to get the job done properly.

This company tricks customs. They call you and highlight a free call out. Their engineer came late around 8pm and did not do any work then sent an invoice of 150 pounds for just looking at the tray and leaving.
