It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended

We only use the highest standard of materials for Solar Bird Protection and the correct equipment for carrying out Solar Panel Cleans. Hence why pest control experts stuff chicken wire under the Solar Panels & window cleaners get poor results when they attempt to clean the Solar Panels from the ground with a soft bristle brush. We will be gaining access to the roof without scaffolding, which keeps the cost down and also using the correct equipment to clean the panles that will remove the build up of Lichen, Algae & any pollen / dust whilst still protecting the ARC on the face of the solar panels. We would advise a solar clean once a year, anymore is not necessary. If you wish to have both services completed at the same time, we would be happy to offer a discount. Nice guy, a little too sensitive ego and would easily take offence if asked questions or presented alternative ideas. he was not flexible when I wanted to add things to list which he would be payed for. Not open to communicate and discuss issues if different from plan nor did he try to reassure me. It was difficult.The work he did was good but he left some live wires uncapped which isn’t good for plasterer and he decided not to come back and complete. I went elsewhere.Not professional. Misunderstanding?

Dave is friendly but completely disorganised and does not reply to repeated calls or emails. He lost the instruction book for our boiler. Now he has not supplied any gas safety certificate, despite constantly asking for over a month. I am going to have to pay someone else to do this in addition to the money I paid him for the job. Very disappointed, my elderly mother who he did the work for has been ill with the worry

Not even worthy of 1 star. Friday appnt cancelled due to his family issue, which was understandable. Rearranged for Sunday but was going to be so late that stores would be shut & items would need to be purchased. I said to forget it I'd rehire but he was adamant he wanted to help & rearranged for the Wednesday. Didn't turn up; no phone call or message explaining why. Total waste of my time & prevented me from hiring other traders. Totally unprofessional

The dishwasher was fitted very neatly, and the kitchen unit was adjusted to a high standard. A small cabinet was also added to store our chopping boards this was done cleanly and with great attention to detail. The adjustment blended seamlessly with the original kitchen cabinets, maintaining the overall look of the kitchen.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!
