Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. Job was to take radiator off and then put back once work complete. Once put back, the radiator leaked from the valves at both ends of the radiator. I tried to contact Reece, but he ignored every call and message I sent. Also, the radiator being removed meant the water pressure dropped and needed to be topped up. When I contacted Reece about this, he admitted that he forgot to top the pressure up, but then ignored all my calls and messages when I asked how to do this. Got someone else in to fix issue.
