I have no issue with the work they did, but they should routinely carry cleaning equipment such as brooms, dustpan and brush and a vacuum cleaner. They should not need to use mine, or ask me for a bucket to mix up plaster in. Finally they really should take their rubbish away or tell their clients the price does not include rubbish removal. Putting it in my neighbour’s bin and on my garden is unacceptable.

We are delighted with Tim’s excellent and professional service in fitting a replacement radiator and clearing a problem drain for my elderly mum. He responded straight away with his quote and I found him very reassuring when he explained on the phone how he would carry out the job and how he was able to complete the job within a week, which was perfect timing for us. From start to finish we found Chris and Michael to be polite and confident in their approach to the job, the work has been completed quickly and to a really high standard, everything added has been done neatly and they have taken into consideration our future requirements for a kitchen and ensuite we plan to fit. On completion they've taken us through the system and answered any questions, most importantly everything has been left neat and tidy. We couldn't ask for more and are happy to recommend them. Your website didn't offer all the tradesmen who contacted me. I ended up with Stephen Cornell of Heat Logic Ltd. He came on a Bank Holiday and gave me a proper quotation, outlining and explaining all the work he anticipated doing. He did an excellent, efficient job and was very professional. Best of all, his price was considerably lower than the unseen, over the phone quote I received from the other plumber on the website.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
