We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Richard & his colleague (SW Energy & Heating) installed a new Vaillant Ecotec Plus 824 Boiler in my flat in SW17. Richard was very helpful & informative from the first conversation I had with him. I'm very happy with the work he completed. It was completed to a high standard at a very good price and at a time that was convenient for me. If any of my family or friends ever need a gas engineer, I will recommend Richard.

I am very well pleased with Malcolm from the start. He turned up on time to assess the problem and advised from the start the total amount including labour that will cost me to fix the hot water. He kept me updated as he bought the parts . He was transparent and managed the work in a less disruptive way. He and his colleague were very professional and did an excellent job. They even fixed a non-visible problem at no charge. I have recommended them to few of my friends and will recommend them again .
