vERY DISAPPOINTING THAT THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE AGREED SECOND VISIT TO DO THE JOB THAT THEY HAD DIAGNOSED NOT DID THEY BOTHER TO PHONE, AT THE TIME, OR EVEN AFTER.
