Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

He didn’t fix it properly. There is still leaking underneath the sink. I called him today but unfortunately he is not picking up my phone or replying text messages. I like to complain against him.

Very pleased with our choice of plumber. A fair and reasonable quote for the job. They were very polite and got on with the job straight away. Arrived promptly each morning and worked solidly until the end of the afternoon. Tidied up well every evening. Always friendly and cheerful. We are very pleased with the finished bathroom and ensuite. Everything we asked for was done professionaly and we were consulted about all aspects of the work to make sure we were happy with it before it was done. We would definitely use them again.

Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.

vERY DISAPPOINTING THAT THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE AGREED SECOND VISIT TO DO THE JOB THAT THEY HAD DIAGNOSED NOT DID THEY BOTHER TO PHONE, AT THE TIME, OR EVEN AFTER. SHABBILY TREATED. pERHAPS THEY HAVE A GOOD REASON FOR NOT TURNING UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT EXCEPT THEY FORGOT TO TELL US. SEEMED NICE ENOUGH.

I will not recommend this service to anyone. If I could rate zero, I would. They posted for my job, and I expected a call from them, but did not get one. I had to call them a day after and left numerous text messages on their mobile number, if which they denied receiving. I called them again and asked if they were interested in doing the job and if not they should let me know so I could look for an alternative and they hung up the phone on me. This was completely unprofessional. Not to be recommended!

The man who came yesterday was 40mins later, the problem checking was completely wrong, and based on the wrong diagnosis, he quoted verbally a thousands of pounds bill for the job if I decided to go ahead. In fact, the National Grids came and checked out that nothing was wrong but the gas meter, so the meter was changed immediately and the system back to mornal with no charge.
