He explained the problem and work he had carried out in detail (yet understandable to a lay-person). Stuart Williams is an excellent heating engineer & plumber. We have recently bought a property in Kendal and did not know any local tradesmen or have any recommendations. I found Abm plumbing on Rated People and contacted Stuart. On chatting with him he also provided contact details for other tradesmen we needed and we had a site meeting at the property to discuss the various works required. I can honestly say that a better and reliable bunch of guys you would struggle to find and their work is excellent.
Came out on a Saturday to give quote with in 20 mins of telephoning me! fitted new boiler on next working day! Fantastic work would highly recommend!!
Although not the cheapest quote and he didn't do plastering to repair the channeling he did, he was professional, did exactly what I requested, installed the lights and switches for isolation purposes and it took about 3 hours or so. He was unable to turn up for the original appointment, a job he had took longer than expected, but he came two days later. Make sure you know a plasterer if your job needs channeling doing in your walls.
