Douglas was a top chap. A very kind and patient man. He attended our period property to resolve a central heating wiring issue, but after 4 hours of problem solving, it turned out the best solution was actually going to be to replace the boiler with a modern combi... a job we knew was coming, but were putting off.

The standard of work was excellent - way better than I have ever experienced. I am so lucky to have found this company. Always on time, turned up when expected - stayed late to finish, tidied up after themselves EVERY day - pleasant and courteous and excellent, excellent finish! I am really delighted and cannot recommend this Company enough. I have already had people around to look at the quality - it is seriously good. And so easy to deal with - nothing is too difficult for them. And I was fussy!

Ray was super helpful! He came round, researched the part and gave us a reasonable quote. He ordered and fitted the part and kept us informed at every stage. Ray was polite, prompt and respectful. In fact he went out of his way to do a great job with our oven. I would highly recommend him!!
