Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service! Jack came out to assess the problem and after some investigation pointed out I had mis diagnosed the issue and that it wasn't such a big job as i had thought. We agreed scope, price and time to perform the remedial work. His associate Richie performed the work professionally and quickly. I can't leave 5 out of 5 as Richie was 3 hours late and I had received no update to let me know. But other than that very happy with their service.
