London Heating Expert is a trading name for my registered limited company, Capital Properties Umbrella Ltd. I graduated in BEng Electronics and Computer Systems from Kings College London in 2007. However, it's been a few years that I've changed careers and am working in the trade. I am now a Gas Safe Registered engineer and actively undertake all plumbing and heating work. I’ve done a handful of bathroom and kitchen fitting projects and I can handle all aspects of the work, from plumbing and electrics all the way to tiling and grouting. Electrical work can be done, overseen and certified by an NICEIC approved contractor. I'm also an expert in central heating power flushing and I've designed and use my own custom-built power flush machine (see photos in my gallery). We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!
