I would highly recommend Jon. He got back to me very quickly with a very competitive quote ! He offered a quick start date & arrived on time & completed the work to a very high standard. He tidied up after himself & was very polite & courteous to our client. They turned up exactly when they said they would (at 7pm so I didn't even have to interrupt my working day) worked quickly and efficiently in pouring down rain, and got rid of a load of unwanted rubble and wood, transforming a section of my garden. Great work, good value.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!

Excellent professional and polite service. The work was carried out to a high standard quickly and cleanly. Additionally, the customer service element was exceptional. Always willing to spend time to answer questions and explain the mechanics involved as well as provide out of hours responses. A genuinely first class service I would highly recommend and use again.

Edilson was very efficient, communicative, and clean during the job. He explained everything that he was doing, and made suggestions about how to make the most of the space we were using. He even did a few extra odd jobs for me at the last minute. I've now shared his details with all of my family, and they will be using him in the future. I definitely recommend!
