Kris was swift coming around, giving us a competitive quote on the job along with giving us his ideas for the project. Once agreed, he was able to complete the job to high standards whilst arranging all the material needed. He's very friendly and has great attention to detail. Also very good cleaning after himself everyday. I would highly recommend Kris for your renovations and joinery works.

Needed the plughole in bathroom sink replaced. Posted the job and within minutes Joe responded. Straight honest and quoted a price right away. Came right on time and got the job done within time stated. Very professional. Very happy customer. We even had a chat about other jobs i want doing in future. Sound advise. Abdul turned up to give me a quote and just had a really good vibe about him. He was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. An itemised invoice was provided and updated after any change so I was always aware of my costs. The team he had working on my job were professional, punctual and very polite. The work performed was excellent, I am extremely pleased with the final product and would definitely use them again and I recommend them wholeheartedly (which I have already).

Overall we were very impressed with Cedric, Rafael and their team. Rafael was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the refurbishment from electrics to plumbing etc and we were able to rely on his expertise and advice.

We hired Shaun to re-plumb and re-tile our bathroom after previous builders had botched the job and left it in a terrible state. It was a complicated job but Shaun was brilliant, tackling all unexpected problems calmly, putting in long days and offering useful advice the whole way along. He cleared up after himself everyday, caused us minimal disruption and finished on time regardless of setbacks. The bathroom looks fantastic and we'll be asking Shaun back to do the kitchen. A great plumber and a real gent.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Jonathan is a true professional and reliable guy, together with his partner James installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler, relocated a radiator and power flushed the system. Jonathan explained in great detail how the system worked and carried out the necessary testing and monitoring. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend That Extra Mile to others and would be calling on their services in the future.
