They did a great job at taking my garden waste, although the original quote was lower than the quote they gave me after inspecting the task, they quoted before the job but failed to inform it didn't include VAT, which knocked the quoted price up by 20%. Would've been 5 stars if they were clearer with the price. However I cannot fault the work, and it needed to be done.

Ford Tree Surgery spent the day topping and trimming my trees and have done an excellent job. They kept me informed of the time they were going to arrive, did everything I asked, plus made some suggestions as to what else they could do as part of the price quoted. The price quoted was between two figures and I was pleasantly surprised that I was charged the lower amount. I now have far more light in the garden, so am very happy with the outcome. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person
