Turned up when they said they would, did the job efficiently with no fuss, very polite and understanding when I had to rearrange date due to delayed delivery of goods. Took all the rubbish away, finished sooner than I expected and I love it, thank you!

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.

The man put some plastic beading around my bath. The first time I used it (3 days later) it peeled away from the wall. He should have filled the bath first to prevent this happening. On the plus side, he didn't respond to my complaint so at least I hadn't paid him for the complete waste of time!

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Turned up one day and I paid in full. Cut part of the lawn and then said he needed a part to fix his mower. Went to get part but never came back. Half cut lawn and took full payment = poor

I employed Matt to install a new bathroom. I was very disappointed in the finishing of the tiling (uneven, rough grouting, chipped tiles). The sink was installed after the tiles were fitted therefore the sink was not plumb - silicone was used to fill the large gap between sink and tiles - messy! Nice lads, but poor workmanship.

Best avoided. Agreed a price with Peter for a retaining sleeper wall repair & he started the job at 10am Friday. By 2pm had achieved almost nothing before he attempted to more than double the agreed price. He then snook off & I received a msg that he was 'buying materials' & would return either Sunday or Monday to complete the job. He took everything with him, inc the materials he'd cut for the job - red flag! It's now Wednesday & I've heard nothing since. Complete waste of time.

I'm sorry to hear about you daughter, but I fail to understand why you couldn't reply to my calls and messages for nearly a week, but as soon as I leave a bad review you reply within two hours? If you had time to reply to a bad review,why didn't you find time to reply me ?
