Hi, I'm Luke Milnes, owner of LM Construction. A liverpool based construction company mainly covering the North West. As a joiner by trade, but serving my time at a small building firm, I have the experience to offer a wide variety of joinery and building services. I'm always on site working myself along with my colleagues as I like to ensure all work Is up to the highest standard. I've been self employed in the construction industry for over 10 years working in a good cross section of areas from domestic to commercial to shop fitting. I have also carried out several full house HMO conversions recently. All works/plans are signed off and conform to current regulations where necessary. beautiful work done installing engineered wood. initially planned for installation of engineered wood by floating it. had to switch over to gluing due to the product i had got. still ended up completing 2 days worth of work in a single day. will definitely hire again.

Graham and his selected team did a great job for us turning our dark cold basement into a lovely room that we use everyday, he was very clear throughout the whole process from quoting to completion and did additional jobs at a fair price. He also liaised with building control meetings. I highly recommend his services and wouldn't hesitate to get him to quote for more work in the future. You can tell that he takes pride in his work.
