Hi, I'm Luke Milnes, owner of LM Construction. A liverpool based construction company mainly covering the North West. As a joiner by trade, but serving my time at a small building firm, I have the experience to offer a wide variety of joinery and building services. I'm always on site working myself along with my colleagues as I like to ensure all work Is up to the highest standard. I've been self employed in the construction industry for over 10 years working in a good cross section of areas from domestic to commercial to shop fitting. I have also carried out several full house HMO conversions recently. All works/plans are signed off and conform to current regulations where necessary. I'm looking to expand the business now so have decided to offer my services on here. Full quotes and details of the job/finish will always be discussed prior to starting any works. I had been generally happy with the paint work when it was finished but on closer inspection and having to spend 6+ hours cleaning up, I can categorically say I am not happy & keep finding more to be unhappy with. There is paint everywhere even inside one of the (brand new!) toilets and underneath the masking tape, where it was even used! There are drips of paint on the woodwork and all the window sills and doors need another coat. Holes in doorframes were also not filled before painting. Not happy at all

Absolutely fantastic, seriously I would give 10 stars if there was an option. After having another trades person in who ruined our doors upstairs I turned to pro-fit to fit our downstairs doors. Pro-fit fitted all of my downstairs doors with such care and to such a high level I was absolutely over the moon. Would definitely highly recommend 100%.
