Colin from cam construction was extremely helpful with our quote for potential extension work to a home we were looking to purchase. He made himself available for a specific appointment at the property, gave us some great ideas for what would be possible then fully costed it up, and even accompanied it with a proposed planning drawing. This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Found lads keen for job but was a little overpriced, hired anyway as thought would take care of all. Lylandia cut back after nesting season which is too big a job for me now. Not all plants pruned correctly and had to remove cuttings myself from bushes so not ideal, as noted in ad they'd dispose and clean up afterwards. Grass trimmed too but wasnt requested....decent effort all said and done. Thanks
