The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was. Jasy is a very pleasant gentleman and I will certainly be using him for any future joinery jobs. Jay's values are something that will put him above the rest of any other joiners and will do him well for the future. Jay was also fairly priced and quoted me on jobs opposed to days so that I could budget accordingly. I highly recommend Jay.

Excellent communication start to finish. Always turned up when he said, and always contactable. I was aware of what was going on at all times and made aware of different ways to do things. Bobby came out to assess the work very promptly, gave a very reasonable quote for the job, and then completed the work on the agreed date. He worked all morning without a break to complete an excellent job, even doing extra beyond what was agreed. A polite, reliable and excellent worker, I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Frank, was polite, up front about costs and started straight away after I accepted his services. Sorted out my lighting dilemma quickly and my constantly on extractor fan. CID's quotation was detailed and professionally presented covering all aspects of the work. They communicated in a polite and timely manner as required. The work was carried out expertly with all aspects of health and safety being observed. They treated my home with respect wearing foot coverings to keep the floor clean. They cleaned up any dust and particles created whilst drilling etc was carried out. I am extremely happy with the standard of installation and consider CID to be an excellent contractor.
