Sam was just amazing. We had a major loft conversion and house extension done. At first we just asked him to refit the existing kitchen, which he did brilliantly. Then we asked him to build fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms. After that there were a dozen small joinery jobs such as building shelf units at the ends of the baths, boxing in pipes etc. And there was tiling. Everything was done to a very high quality, very quickly, with creative input, and at a very reasonable price. Sam is strongly recommended.

James came to repair my sash window. He did an excellent job in repairing the cord including other works on the window that was required. These are old windows and he was careful with them. He was fast, clean and efficient. He explained what he was doing, asked me to try the window to make sure it was to my satisfaction before he left. Job well done.
I have over 35 years experience working in the carpentry industry and am able to work in both sectors, of carpentry and joinery. For the last three years I have been working with a local company, building Victorian Glass houses and sadly the owner has made the decision to retire. Now I have more capacity to take on new joinery or carpentry work. The photos I have uplifted are from work undertaken over the last 5 years.

Ian and Peter were extremely adept at identifying the issues with the wiring of our kitchen, providing a quote with a fast turnaround. On the day of the fix, the two of them were professional, polite and personable, sorting the issue and explaining what the issue was and what steps had been taken to rectify the problem. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Steps I am doing with every new job: •If it is necessary, I can take apart the old wardrobe/kitchen; •Take the measurements for the new project; •I am doing the design of furniture together with you; •I am doing checks to make sure that everything in design is working with the rest of the room(space for the bed, if you need cable ports, if there is a radiator in the way, if there are curtains in the way etc); •I am ordering the necesary materials, fixings etc; •Transporting the materials to your house; •I am fitting the furniture for you; •I am taking care of rubishh, offcuts etc, that is a result of fitting the furniture(every singel panel is a bit bigger that the final size, so i can scribe every single panel to suit your space).
