David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

Thinks outside of the box and is happy to work with clients on a step by step basis. Gave very helpful advice on the phone when the a circuit failed due to a previous owners bad wiring. Highly recommended.

Simon has exceeded all expectations, there was quick initial contact and a detailed quote. The work performed was exceptional, problem solving, clean and professional work. I had a good idea of what I wanted with a replacement bathroom suite for a rental flat, but needed advice on the reburbishment of the small and awkward-shaped kitchen. Jason came up with some really good ideas and I was very pleased with the results. They worked quickly, quietly and kept to the quotation. I couldn't ask for more.
