Hi My name is Llyw I am a qualified joiner and have been in the trade for the past 14 years. In the past I have worked in the joinery industry working to very high standards producing hardwood windows, doors , shopfronts etc. Once I felt my time had come to an end in this role I worked closely with an investor sourcing , purchasing, project managing and renovating property. In more recent years I have been working within the kitchen installation and renovation industry. This can vary from supplying and installing kitchens from many of your well known kitchen manufacturers to installing high end bespoke framed kitchens. I now feel I have found the industry I truly enjoy and take great pride in my work and service I provide. With my background in producing high end joinery products and working to fine tolerances I can ensure a quality installation, finish and product. Due to project managing the renovation of properties I can also ensure I complete projects within the given timescales from the initial planning stages through to completing the full installation.

Two Mills Property Services was started by myself, Mike Howard, in 2014. On 24th October 2016, I opened an account with Rated People. At the time of writing, I have undertaken 21 Rated People jobs since I signed up, with 18 ratings/reviews for those jobs. I currently have a total of 79 stars out of a possible maximum of 80 stars. Most of my first 18 reviews are for joinery work. One is for a Man and Van job. For 2019, I hope to secure staircase-related work; specifically, railing assemblies (balustrading). I can be flexible on times/days, evenings no problem. As for charges, hourly/daily rate or a written estimate, it depends on several factors, including the nature of the work and the extent to which the job has been assessed by myself. Free home visits are available for properties within about a five-mile radius of Chester city centre. Estimates are valid for 14 days. I prefer to communicate by email or some other written form. Trips to retailers, for materials: I generally don't charge a mark-up but I reserve the right to do so. I always present receipts to the homeowner. Disposal of discarded material: I do not currently have a licence so I'm unable to offer this service. But I've cut doors in half so that the pieces can be put into a car. Needed a new shower plumbing in as we have no bath & only a shower so we had to keep our water turned off at the water mains , so we rang these guys & they immediately came out & fixed the problem right away within minutes , i would DEFO use these again in the future , there amazing & thankyou , frank LL22
