Did not finished the job properly some things left undone. Promised an electrictral certificate which wasn't forthcoming . Sent an email and left a message on their phone did not reply . Can use the new room but not a hundred percent satisfied

An excellent job completed on time as expected. Wayne is the only painter I have employed who took the time to remove all the gutters in order to completely paint underneath them. He also cleaned out the gutters before replacing them. I shall certainly recommend him and use him when next I need any future painting.

I'll start with a positive - quality of build was good. Negatives, was told 2 weeks - 5 months later still not completed (3m x 1m shed and some of it was already in place) and had to get another company to finish it at more expense. Was charged for time in sourcing materials, was told it could be completed within my budget when I increased it by £500 and now he is saying I still owe him more money. Took/disposed of quarry tiles I said I wanted. I wont be using him again

Ian came round to take a look at a damp patch that had started showing up on one of the utility room walls. He turned up on time, was really friendly, and clearly knew what he was talking about. Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!

Value- see the above,the only saving grace is PPT Co refunded £190 I had paid them and provided further tiles free.However they have left it to me to find another tiler to rectify the job. Laminating and painting is fine. However, there is a lot of dirty marks left behind. We are very disappointed with tailing. The tails were put on the wall and all the cleaning we have to do our selves. As we are going through it we are discovering the poor quality of job that has been done. Some of broken tiles were put on the wall and covered with grid. We wouldn't recommend this person. He doesn't have attention to detail and his work is not clean. Over all casing us lots of stress and anxiety.
