AVOID this trader at all costs. I hired Fresh Coat Decorators in February to paint my 3-bedroom house and deeply regret this decision. Despite their assurances, unsightly ceiling patches remain visible after completion. Door paint is already peeling badly. They failed to paint agreed areas in the garage and window interiors, then completely ignored my calls and messages with photographic evidence of their incomplete work. Their craftsmanship is poor and their customer service non-existent.

People all lovely:Val, very good at explaining the process, inspiring confidence with no hard sell, then Carl and Jamie, the most cheerful chaps to have around, very polite and considerate, nothing too much bother - completed ivy removal for me, hard- working and always ready to answer questions . Did their best with clear-up but still a lot of paint spatter everywhere despite their efforts. The finish not exactly what I had hoped - you may need to limit your expectations if you've got pebbledash.

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. Paulo and his team did an excellent job. They decorated our 5 bedroom house with precision and absolute attention to detail.
