Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

ery bad experience, no business account, not registered on company house, red flags, wanted payment into personal account. Demanded full payment immediately after completion before inspection. Very rude, no customer service, swore at me and threatened me after the bank put a hold on payment Total fund of £8000 for job was not completed. Whole pile of rubbish left at the front of my building, did not deliver on all the jobs.
