He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra.
