Alexliam Troy did a great job and were inventive and flexible with our project which was a welcome surprise. The finished product was well received and a couple of snags were resolved quickly. Only downsides were that timekeeping isn't their strongest point and it did take longer than expected although they did work hard to resolve that. Advice to potential customers - think realistically how soon you want the project completed and be at home during it.

James did a bathroom refit for us, converting two rooms into one, and installing a new bathroom. Despite being a challenging job, James did excellent work through to completion. He even cleaned up the site after himself. He’s very skilled, honest and hard working. We highly recommend James.

They both worked very hard and I had no issue with giving them my house keys to get on with the job whilst I was at work. They were very trustworthy. The balcony repair lasted just under 3 months before it started cracking & crumbling again. Adam said he would come back & fix it. He stated that the building was moving (!) & could only be patched. A surveyor said there were no signs of subsidence. The paint repair job lasted one month...now cracked & crumbling again with insurers saying cheap materials were used...
