When a homeowner works with my team, the process will look like this: - I offer a free visit to meet the client and discuss the job further, - Then I sent a quote and clearly explain what should be agreed before the job begins. I am always open to discuss end explain my quotes, - As soon as the job is confirmed, the client and my team agree on the start date, - We make sure the surroundings are protected before the job starts - We order the materials - We complete the job - When the job is finished, I always leave the floor protection for one day to make sure the client's expectations are met (or exceeded!) and once my client is happy I remove the floor protection and clean around. We are creative, we care and we exceed our clients' expectations. The protection of the surroundings is included within the initial quote, our highly skilled team of trade specialists focuses on high quality results and the materials supply and advising happen at no extra fee. I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. I contracted Alfie to refurbish a large area of Cotswold stone terrace and pathways around my home in Godalming. The terrace was a mess. Alfie and his team made a great job of removing all the old cement mortar pointing, relaying loose slabs, re-jointing and tidying up the area, including rebuilding the front door step. His young team were friendly, polite and hard working and I am happy to recommend them to anyone considering hard landscaping work. Everything was delivered to the agreed plan.
