We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. We were very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this family team!

Owen did an amazing job ripping out and old kitchen and flooring and disposing of all appliances flooring etc. and subsequently fitting a new kitchen and flooring. We found him reasonably priced and we paid what was quoted , professional and prompt . He was always on hand to ask and reply to any queries. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him we will certainly be using him again in the near future. We had never used him before finding him on this site and are over the moon with his workmaship .. chris

Drainage job completed to my satisfaction and the garden was left in a reasonable state on completion. Not turning up at agreed times and the lack of communication was problematic, but we got there in the end.

Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. MBC have been unprofessional due to their unreliability, failing to complete the work and taking 4 months to do a job which was estimated to take 10 days. Whilst removing a bathroom the ceiling collapsed, they ruptured a water pipe damaging new kitchen although it was repaired.They have failed to replace the new sink which they cracked, left spotlights unfinished in bedroom, loft access and fireplace hearth unfinished. Martin has apparently been a project manager but his time management is appalling.

I found Darren to be friendly and professional. His quotes were reasonable. The jobs changed slightly once the work started and Darren took the time to explain the options. Some changes required additional money from me but I was happy to pay as the end result was worth it. I would definitely ask Darren for quotes in the future.
