S.S plumbuilds will be liable for there work for 3 months after completion, any problems in that time scale will be Amended free of charge. Shane and his guys did a fantastic job. they were on time every day, kept me well informed as to progress and were able to bend their timescales on the job around my other contractors. they left everything neat and tidy each day and after the job was complete. Would not hesitate to use again!!

We are very pleased with the work carried out by R and J Lubbock. Richard and Dean installed internal wall insulation in a couple of rooms in our house. They turned up on time, carried out the work carefully, and left the rooms clean and tidy at the end of the job. I would not have any problem recommending them.

This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.
