I have nothing but praise and where I would like to list the attributes of this contractor, it would take too long but, what I will say is that brilliant in all three categories is a massive understatement. Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Phil responded to my job within 2 hours and was at my house shortly after to quote, which was fantastic. He quoted an excellent price and was here to complete the job at 7.55am for an 8am appointment - again, superb. He was tidy, putting clothes down on the carpet and cleaning up after he had finished the work. I would highly recommend Phil for any plastering work.
