More broken slabs has been replaced by him 3 times in 6 months. He has refused to respond to my calls. He texted back calling me. STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Please don’t hire James Butler.

Excellent work to a high standard. As our property is listed the build needed to blend in seamlessly which was done perfectly. Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush!
