There was no vagueness about anything - everything was itemised very clearly at every stage and he kept me up to date throughout. He was obviously serious about his work and his knowledge about the certificates and process, and these were explained to me clearly. I couldn't be happier with his work - I have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family and will call on him for any further electrical work I have.
The plumber called within 30 minutes of me posting the job despite snow being on the road. The quote was fair and work was started the next day at 8.00am.The job was more complicated than I had thought at first and the radiator was not a straightforward swap. The system had to be drained down and the pipework modified. Furthermore, the bathroom taps did not have isolating valves on them as I had been told by the person who had put the bath in. The quote remained the same despite lots of extra work. A1 work!
