I am very happy with Richard, he was polite, informative, reliable as he turned up on time. Attention to detail, as he measured everything twice to make sure it was correct. He even tidied up after himself. The lights look amazing and the extra socket he added is a godsend as I've used it twice already. I'd certainly recommend Richard. Although we had agreed for this company to do the work, other owners of the flats decided the price was too much. However, I paid Mr Harding what we both considered fair for the cancellation, and I'm sure we'll bear him in mind when it comes to any other sort of maintenance.
