Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.

When I found out that I had rotten joists, I was worried that the floor might collapse catastrophically. I urgently looked for a good builder. Some workmen's point views were disappointing and did not make sense. Ben was very knowledgeable and very experienced with building structures. He and his team were very thorough, conscientious. They completely work to a high standard. His price was very competitive. I am very pleased and reassured. Thank you.

Great service, great lads, fitted at short notice 2 new radiators a nd moved one radiator. My elderly parents were so happy with these "lovely lads" that they have asked them to fit a new boiler ,"enough said" that's to Craig and his team ????

from start to finish we had a good dilog .an problems point outand any recamendments for the work to be done to make abatter job. All work was carryed out with care of my propity and all work done a good quility.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Absolutely fantastic job. Rik worked really hard removing the old grouting and replacing with new in my kitchen. He worked tirelessly till the job was done. I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others. Ros

What I like about Steve from Newford Plastics is he is friendly and efficient and keeps in touch until the job is done.I was so impressed I've asked him to quote me for another job.Also his prices are very fair and worth every penny.H'es one tradesman I will keep in mind for anything else I may need doing.

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!
