CID's quotation was detailed and professionally presented covering all aspects of the work. They communicated in a polite and timely manner as required. The work was carried out expertly with all aspects of health and safety being observed. They treated my home with respect wearing foot coverings to keep the floor clean. Booked for next day, 12-6 Tuesday. Technician didn't turn up, phoned to say it would be Wednesday. Wednesday phoned to say it would be Thursday. Turned up Thursday, did half the job then said was done, without doing the EICR. Phoned the office, said they didn't have the testing equipment to the EICR, so would be Friday, Didn't turn up Friday, called by manager at 5pm to say sorry but his task list was three days long and so could he get it rescheduled for Monday. So I wasted two half days.
