Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

Filipe was highly professional with great attention to detail. He was helpful in giving a quote for the work, but also advice on materials. I've chosen Munotec for a fusebox upgrade and the job was done fast and according to the quote. Big added benefit for me was that they provided both EIC and EICR after the installation. I'll definitely consider Munotec for future jobs.
