Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. I needed an Electrical Certificate for my rental property. I chose this company because the price was competitive. I knew there were issues with the electrics in the flat and I wanted a new oven and hob installed. Nicholas clearly explained everything to me what was required and why. Prior to Xmas our oil fired boiler broke down. I contacted Rated People and Nash Plumbing got in touch. After discussion it was decided they quote for a new boiler in garage. We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.
