Turned up on time, with clear comms in advance to agree date/time. Courteous and reliable. Consulted with me to ensure we achieved what was required with minimal 'making good' required. Cleaned up afterwards. Highly competitive in his pricing. I am very happy with the quality of the work Karl produced. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Rhys is a young man who was polite and professional, who did a good job and cleaned up well afterwards. He charged me the amout he had quoted on the 'phone even though it probably took him a bit longer than he thought. I would definitely use him again.

Two years ago , I finished lv 3 in 2365 electrical knowledge courses with City and Guilds. At the moment, I'm doing nvq lv3. This is home electrical qualifications. For the last two years i have been working within an electrical company. Finally I've decided to do my own work and that's why I'm here on rated people. I know I'm not fully qualified, but I'm 40. I've been doing electrical work for a long time. On top of that, I have got a lot of other skills. I can even fix electronic motherboards. Please don't hesitate to contact me.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
