Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. Initially gave good rating as please with communication prior to work being completed and also very tidy. Cooker turned on before leaving house (light & clock on) but never tested to see if it actually worked. Few days later when using cooker it tripped fuse box. Arranged date twice to resolve issue but never arrived , no communication to say needed to cancel, only gave reason when I chased. Still no functioning cooker & out of pocket as paid when he first attended.
