Just had my Vaillant 831 fitted by B&K Heating LTD, turned up on time, did a fantastic job & cleaned up, worth paying a bit more & we can tell the difference in the heating & water now, don't give these guys a miss, Excellent alround.

Andrew gave a written quote, which I thought was a little on the high side but after negotiation we agreed a price, Andy turned up on time, was diligent, clean working and thought about what was required before attacking the job, would I recommend him? yes definately, he's polite, diligent and honest.

The job was to fit a new Combi Boiler and radiators. From the very start the advice and professionalism was self evident and a pleasant experience with good communication at all times. Although not the cheapest quote and he didn't do plastering to repair the channeling he did, he was professional, did exactly what I requested, installed the lights and switches for isolation purposes and it took about 3 hours or so. He was unable to turn up for the original appointment, a job he had took longer than expected, but he came two days later. Make sure you know a plasterer if your job needs channeling doing in your walls.

T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.
