Abdul turned up to give me a quote and just had a really good vibe about him. He was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. An itemised invoice was provided and updated after any change so I was always aware of my costs. The team he had working on my job were professional, punctual and very polite. The work performed was excellent, I am extremely pleased with the final product and would definitely use them again and I recommend them wholeheartedly (which I have already).

Jack came out to assess the problem and after some investigation pointed out I had mis diagnosed the issue and that it wasn't such a big job as i had thought. We agreed scope, price and time to perform the remedial work. His associate Richie performed the work professionally and quickly. I can't leave 5 out of 5 as Richie was 3 hours late and I had received no update to let me know. But other than that very happy with their service.
