Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.

Initially very responsive and professional at temporary fix for initial problem. Agreed to return to provide proper longer-term solution but never turned up - twice - on agreed dates. No communication or explanation despite being chased via e-mail, text and phone calls.

Super friendly guy and from what I can tell a competent electrician. Had cash flow problems which unfortunately created a few issues for my bigger job (this was a year ago and I believe due to temporary circumstances at the time). Would certainly recommend for smaller jobs

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
