As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice. Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday.
