Dom came round to quote very promptly, then was able to fit in the work around our availability. He turned up a little later than he wanted in the morning as he needed to finish off a previous job but constantly kept me informed. He put in a long day to ensure he finish the job in 1 day. He prepared the area well, lots of prep to protect the carpets and his work area. Overall an extremely polite capable tradesman, a pleasure to work with. His work is excellent, we're very pleased with the outcome.

I've spent most my life working in and around London from loft conversions to some of the UK's most expensive houses. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
