The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. They provided all receipts and told me of any additional costs of stuff that was needed to complete the work. Iva's dad and another worker arrived on time everyday. 5
